TJ Project

Fully Preserved Epithermal System with High-Grade Vein Potential

TJ Overview

Ownership:

139 unpatented lode claims totaling 1,110 hectares on BLM land 100% controlled by Headwater

Proposed OceanaGold Earn-In Transaction Announced July 22, 2025

Proposed earn-in structure. See news release dated July 22, 2025
Under the partnership, Headwater will be the initial operator of the Project and will receive a 10% management fee

Property Highlights:

  • Core drilling program planned for H2 2025 fully funded by OceanaGold
  • Initial drill program by Headwater in 2024 encountered broad zones of chalcedonic veining, hydrothermal brecciation, and silica flooding indicative of upper levels of an epithermal system
  • East Sinter Fault identified in 2024 drilling is a major fluiding conduit and priority 2025 drill target
  • Indications of multiple generations of hydrothermal brecciations and veining in silica sinter preserved at surface.

Exploration History:

Shallow rotary drilling by Kennecott and Challenger Minerals carried out between 1988 and 1992 encountered anomalous gold and silver but did not test high-grade vein potential

Initial Headwater drill program completed in 2024 consisted of five reverse-circulation drill holes totalling 1,030 metres
