Jupiter Project

100%-owned, potential district-scale epithermal gold project in Nevada’s Walker Lane belt

Jupiter Overview

Ownership:

352 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 7,000 acres (2,800 hectares)
For complete details of the earn-in agreement, see Headwater’s news release dated August 13, 2026
During the initial earn-in period, Headwater will manage the Project and receive a 10% management fee. Headwater will also be reimbursed US$250,000 for expenditures incurred prior to the agreement.

Property Highlights:

  • Located approximately 110 kilometres northeast of AngloGold Ashanti’s Arthur (Silicon-Merlin) project
  • Large, well-preserved low-sulfidation epithermal system that remains largely untested at depth
  • Detailed mapping, surface sampling and property-scale geophysics planned to refine drill targets
  • Initial drilling targeted for late 2026 or early 2027

Property History:

  • Historical drilling, sampling and soil geochemistry confirmed gold mineralization within a broader 5 × 8-kilometre hydrothermal alteration footprint with demonstrated gold mineralization and multiple untested priority targets
  • Historical drilling returned 9.1 metres grading 1.1 g/t gold, with surface rock samples returning up to 3.1 g/t gold
  • Intermittently explored by several operators between 1981 and 2020, primarily for shallow Carlin-type targets

Alteration Footprint:

  • Jupiter hosts a large, district-scale alteration footprint comparable in scale to AngloGold Ashanti’s Arthur project*
  • The extensive alteration footprint and historic mercury occurrences indicate a large, well-developed hydrothermal system
  • Historical drilling at Jupiter has been limited, leaving much of the system untested for gold mineralization

*The nearby Arthur project provides geological context only; mineralization at Arthur is not necessarily indicative of mineralization at Jupiter
